Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note:

• Processing times may increase during sale periods, festive seasons, or high order volumes.

• Customised or made-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on design complexity and production requirements.

• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

• Delivery destination

• Weight and dimensions of the package

The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping promotions at our discretion.
