Milk Fabric

Milk fabric is a silky textile made from the protein (casein) found in sour or "waste" milk that’s no longer safe to drink. The protein is extracted, turned into a powder, and then spun into fine fibers. It’s a clever way to turn food waste into soft, wearable clothing.
01
It is incredibly soft, often feeling like a mix between silk and cashmere. Because it contains natural amino acids, it’s very gentle on sensitive skin and helps regulate body temperature. It also wicks away moisture better than cotton, keeping you dry and comfortable throughout the day.
02
While it feels like a luxury material, it’s surprisingly durable and usually easier to wash than pure silk. You’ll often see it blended with materials like cotton but we procure 100% milk fibre made in a closed loop viscose process. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a sustainable, "skin-friendly" alternative to traditional fabrics.
03
Recycled cotton is created by taking textile waste—like factory fabric scraps or old clothing—and shredding it back into raw fibers. These fibers are then cleaned and spun into new yarn to create fresh fabric. It is a "circular" material that gives a second life to cotton that would otherwise end up in a landfill.
01
Recycled cotton offers an immediate "broken-in" softness that feels great against the skin right off the shelf. It retains the natural breathability of cotton, keeping you cool and comfortable in the heat. Plus, because the scraps are pre-sorted by color, the fabric often uses no new dyes, meaning fewer harsh chemicals touching your body.
02
Recycled cotton features a unique, "heathered" texture with subtle color flecks that give it a more premium, natural look than mass-produced fabrics.

Modal Silk

Modal silk is a luxurious, semi-synthetic fabric made primarily from the cellulose of beech tree pulp. The wood pulp is processed into a liquid, spun into fibers, and woven into a fabric that feels incredibly smooth.
01
It is much more breathable than real silk and twice as soft as cotton, making it feel like a "second skin." It is highly absorbent and wicks moisture away quickly, which keeps you cool and prevents that sticky feeling in humid weather. Plus, it is naturally resistant to shrinking and fading, so your clothes stay looking new and vibrant for much longer.
02
Unlike pure silk, modal silk is very easy to care for and its signature shine stays a long time. It is also a more sustainable choice, as beech trees require significantly less water to grow than cotton and no harsh pesticides.
